Fixing Connectivity Issues

1 Check Data Roaming

90% of issues are caused by Data Roaming being OFF. This must be ON for the eSIM to work abroad.

Settings > Cellular > eSimNote Line > Data Roaming [ON]
2 Select the Correct Line

Ensure your phone is using the eSIM for data, not your home SIM.

Settings > Cellular Data > Select eSimNote

QR Code Not Scanning?

1 Check Internet Connection

You must be connected to Wi-Fi to activate an eSIM. You cannot activate it without an active internet connection.

2 Try Manual Entry

If the camera won't scan, tap "Enter Details Manually" at the bottom of the screen.

Tip: You can find the SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code in the email we sent you.

Slow Internet Speed?

1 Toggle Airplane Mode

Turn Airplane Mode ON for 10 seconds, then turn it OFF. This forces the phone to reconnect to the strongest nearby tower.

2 Switch Network Mode

If 5G is weak in your area, force your phone to use LTE/4G.

Voice & Data > LTE

Manual APN Configuration

Sometimes the automatic setup fails. Please enter these settings manually if you have signal bars but no internet.
